Is it possible to protect a flash disk from viruses automatically? My friend ever told me that we can put a folder in our flash disk so that viruses cannot create an autorun folder in it...well, something like that.

You don't need to protect a flash drive because viruses will not attack them. All you have to do is scan the USB flash drive every time you plug it into a computer if you want to be safe.
