Currently the PC in my office repeatedly freeze. Sometimes it is back to normal after a few seconds, but sometimes I have to restart it. My friend has check the memories but they are OK. He said there maybe something wrong with the hard drive. What do you think?

It could be that the hard drive is starting to fail. The only other probable cause can be the operating system is corrupt. Either way, I would back up your data soon as your computer is not in good shape.
