I have a multi-function HP printer and it used to work just fine. I upgraded to Windows 7 and now the printer won't work at all. It's like it is dead. I'm getting the message that it cannot connect to the hardware? Any ideas on why? Is it the printer or Windows 7?

It could be the printer but more then likely you have to update the printer drivers with a compatible Windows 7 version. Check out the HP website for any updated Windows 7 drivers for your printer and then download and install them.
