How can I set the control level?

    I have a new Dell Inspiron laptop with Windows Vista installed. I want to adjust the settings so that it is not quite so controlling. How do I prevent it from asking me if I want to run a program each time? I'd like to just click the icon and have the program run instead of having to click yes to allow the program each time.

    What you're referring to is the User Account Control that is built into Windows Vista. To disable this feature you can view my tutorial here:
