My files in my flash disk have changed format. I inserted it to one of the computers in our office and when I return to my computer, all of the files become unreadable. How do I recover those important files?

You can use a free file recovery tool like, Undelete, to recovery your lost files. Also, storing important files on a USB flash drive is not a good idea as flash drives are not that reliable.
