My fan has been kicking on a lot more often than it use to. This week it started making some noise and it does it every time it comes on now. Is the fan going out or what?

Fan is noisy

You can use a can of compressed air and blow out the dust from the CPU fan through the vents. Hopefully, that will fix your problem or you can disassemble your laptop and pull out your fan and lubricate the bearing and maybe that will help.
