I can install just about anything given enough time but I have never installed a USB slot. I need a new one since this machine only came with three (currently using headset, keyboard and mouse) - I need another for my printer, help!?

You can buy a PCI card with USB ports or you can find out if your motherboard has any empty USB pins and just buy a USB port adapter and plug it into your motherboard. Both methods are quite simple to install.
