i have a dell dimension desktop e520 that runs w/ windows vista and it keeps seizing up. it will run for 10 minutes or so then seize up. nothing responds, not the mouse the keyboard or the ctrl,alt del. i did a factory restore using the recovery cd that came with it but it didnt solve the problem. i even tried using it in safe mode with no luck to issue. i dont know waht to do next.

It sounds like your RAM is failing or you might have a problem with your hard drive. If you have multiple sticks of RAM in your computer then take one out and see if the problem persists.
It could also be the motherboard is failing as that model of Dell has a horrible problem with the motherboard.
