Is there a way wherein I could create a password on my folders? The computer I'm using at work is shared. I don't want my personal files to be seen by my colleagues. What should I do?

There is no way to password protect a folder in Windows, but there are some third party tools, like TrueCrypt, that can encryption your files and protect them with a password. TrueCrypt is a free program so check it out.
