How to convert an excel file to PDF properly? I tried to convert an excel file to PDF using Acrobat 7.0, but I ended up messing it up. In the PDF file, the data was shown as formulas instead of numbers.

You can try using a free PDF creator like PrimoPDF or CurePDF and you shouldn't have a problem. All PDF creators, like Acrobat, only print what is given to them so make sure that you have not enabled the show formulas in your Excel program.
