I have windows 7 home prem. I was messing around and shut off my graphics card, (ATI Radeon HD 4350), now the computer, (HP E9220Y), COMES ON BUT i HAVE A BLACK SCREEN.

You can start Windows 7 in safe mode and then uninstall the video driver and then re-install it. To get into safe mode press the F8 key before the Windows 7 logo appears. Give it a try.
