I will now walk you through the simple process of copy and paste.


Steps:

1. Find the file that you want to copy. Whether that file is in an email, folder or your desktop.

2. Right click the file and then click on Copy.

3. Now find the location where you want to paste the file and then right click again and choose Paste.

4. You will now see an exact copy of the original file in a new location.

Tips:

– If you want to permanently move a file from one spot to another then use the Cut option instead of Copy.
